TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. Please be aware of our 48-hour cancellation/no-show policy. If your appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, a $100 cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the pre-authorized card provided on file.

B. The first-time patient evaluation costs $100. It lasts approximately 30 minutes and includes a review of the skincare products the patient uses. This cost will be waived only if the patient undergoes the treatment suggested by the Esthetician during the same appointment.

C. In the event of suspension or abandonment of the treatment, an advance payment will be made for the sessions according to the fee schedule, as if the treatment had been paid for on a session-by-session basis. The remaining amount will be refunded, and the patient assumes the consequences of their voluntary withdrawal.

D. If you are under 18 years of age, you must arrive at your appointment with a parent or legal guardian to receive treatments at GV Skin.

E. The practice of treatments is not an exact science, and no guarantees can be given regarding the results of such procedures. Therefore, there will be NO refunds for any treatments received.

F. Please note that all prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be applied to any service other than what was originally intended.
